BASIC CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY. It is our policy that personal information, such as your name, postal/email address or phone number, is private and confidential. Accordingly, any such personal information you may provide us is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information.

NO RELEASE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES. Personal information will not be released to third parties unless it is to further the purpose for which you provide the information. There are no other circumstances under which we will provide personal information to third parties. Under no circumstances will we ever sell personal information to anyone.

NO COMPUTER TRACKING OF IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION. Our Wireless Internet Access Service, website, and other services we provide is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information about you, the Subscriber. We do have access to the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your router and Customer Premise Equipment (CPE), but not email addresses, contact information or websites you are accessing. For example, we can view your traffic usage and bandwidth consumption, but not the names, addresses or other information about the sites that you access or persons you contact either through email, text or other internet based means.

Our network equipment tracks statistical information about the usage of the Subscriber. For example, we compile statistics that show the amount of bandwidth consumed on an hourly basis, the daily requests we receive from particular websites, and the most congested portions of each day. These statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information. These aggregated statistics are only used internally to better provide services to our clients and to continually improve the quality of our subscribers internet access.
