What modem do I use?

All customers are provided with a fiber optic modem for network connectivity free of charge. A WiFi router is included, but customers may choose to use their own Wi-Fi router. 

When is my bill due?

The day of installation will be the set date of your payment each month. If you are unsure of when your payment is due click here. 

After logging in, on the left side of the screen click billing and you will see your due date. 

On the billing tab you can even add auto pay, so you never miss a payment!

How does fiber installation work?

Our team handles all the underground Fiber installation around the area. When you decide to sign up, we'll come to your property to check for any utilities you already have underground. Then, we’ll connect our Fiber to your home by carefully drilling a line underground and installing a small NID box (about the size of an iPad) on the outside of your house. This box links the Fiber to your modem inside. Finally, our technicians will set up your modem and make sure you have a strong signal everywhere you need it. And just like that—you’ve got 100% Fiber Internet! If you ever sell your home, move, or decide to cancel or pause the service, your home will still be Fiber-ready.
